Relaxation
One Breath at a Time

Take twenty minutes to discover
how easy it can be to relax
You know learning how to relax is important for your life and health. Let
Amber's easy listening voice, the words of the Integral Yoga relaxation, and
the peaceful keyboard of Eric Williams help you learn how to achieve it.
Lying down or sitting in a chair, relax as Amber guides you through
progressive tensing and releasing of each part of your body, a scan of the
entire body, and reminders to focus on your breath as you relax deeper and
deeper.
Integral Yoga and its relaxation practice is a key element in the Dean Ornish
Program for Reversing Heart Disease and a proven method to teach you to
recognize tension and let it go.
Use this CD as a classic yoga nidra ending to your yoga practice or as
preparation for meditation.
Can't sleep? Use this CD to quiet your mind as well as your body.
Perfect for people who would never step onto a yoga mat.
This CD works! Check out the testimonials. Without chanting, New Age
sounds, or guided visualizations, this CD gives instructions just how to release
tension in your body and mind.

"I believe that for Americans today yoga nidra is the most powerful gift of the
yogic tradition. I have attempted to make its benefits accessible and
non-threatening for everyone. Use this CD for calming the body and the mind
and as a place to begin exploring the benefits of yoga.
Namaste."

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed
Make yourself comfortable, lower the lights, remove your shoes and loosen any constricting clothing
Lying Down -
Lie down on the floor or on a bed. Place a rolled blanket or large towel under your knees until your lower back is flat. Place hands at your sides or on your belly. Add support under your arms or head if needed.
Sitting on a Chair -
Find a chair that permits your back to be supported in an upright position until it takes NO EFFORT to sit.
Add blankets or cushion to the back of the chair if needed. If your feet don't touch the floor, use cushions or blankets to support your feet.
Modify for your body - get as comfortable as possible. Cover yourself with a lightweight blanket. Close your eyes. Turn on the CD and Relax. You can't do it wrong.

Testimonials:
"My life is in a shambles - I'm getting a divorce, working a high-stress job,
contemplating bankruptcy or selling my house and moving to another state. To say
the least, I'm stressed out. This CD helps me release tension so I don't feel like I'm
going to burst at the seams. By releasing the tension in my body, I'm able to release
some of the tension in my brain - at least for a little while."
"Listening before I go to sleep is a blessing - my brain quiets down enough so that I
can drift off to sleep and get a good night's rest. Finally!" J. W.
"A unique relaxation experience. I plan to gift several friends who need to reduce
stress. I am also considering gifting an enemy or two - to promote peace and
harmony." J.K.
"Do your shoulders and hands hurt when you work at your computer? Listen to
